Foxconn Place Racine and Wisconn Valley Innovation Center Announced

Racine Innovation

Foxconn announced the purchase of a three-story building in downtown Racine to be the home of Foxconn Place Racine and Wisconn Valley Innovation Center.  At least 125 employees will be housed at the 46,000-square-foot facility, located at One Main Street in Racine.  This new facility will connect institutions of higher education, businesses, local governments and the community through Foxconn's "smart living" innovations.

The Wisconn Valley Innovation Center network, comprised of locations in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Eau Claire and Racine, are a part of Foxconn's efforts to foster and attract talent, and to spur innovation throughout Wisconsin.  The Racine facility will uniquely be home to a state-of-the-art co-working space and be a model for "smart city" pilot programs that reflect the transformational  technologies created by Foxconn.

Foxconn will be inviting the community, through public-private partnerships, to join and partner with Foxconn to strengthen public safety, public infrastructure, transportation networks and energy sustainability through "smart" initiatives.
